Boil one litre of water along with a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and take this all throughout the day.

8. Coconut Oil And Flax Seeds

Flax seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids that help in keeping the stools and colon walls well moisturized. Coconut oil is a wonderful hydrating agent and eases stools. Flax seeds help in the elimination of toxins, excess fat and cholesterol from the body and ease the stools. Take one tablespoon of coconut oil and add half a teaspoon if flax seeds to this. Chew well and eat this every day morning. This will eliminate all kinds of constipation.

9. Papayas

Papayas are known for their laxative qualities and can be used for treating sever constipation. Take papayas every day morning along with a few dry figs that have been softened by soaking it water overnight. 10. Olive Oil

Olive oil helps in moisturizing the stools and also coating the colon walls with a thin layer of oil so that the bowel movements are much softer and easily attained. For severe constipation, take 1/4th glass of olive oil and add this to 3/4th glass of orange juice that is freshly squeezed. 11. Lemon Juice
