Long Arm Crunch

Lie on the floor and keep your arms straight behind you. Make sure your arms are held clasped together and next to your ears. Then go ahead and contract and lift your shoulders off the floor in order to keep the arms straight. Repeat the process. Do it regularly.

The Bridge Opposite Arm Leg Reach

Lie on your back. Keep your left knee bent with your left foot flat on the floor. The right leg should be stretched upwards in the air. Position your left arm straight in the air upwards and keep your right arm beside you.

Don’t move your shoulders or hips and open your raised leg in the right direction while your raised arm to the left direction. Then bring back those arms and legs back to the center position. Do this with the same set of hand and leg for at least ten times and then switch to the other hand and leg.

Donkey Kickbacks

For this donkey kickback exercise, you need to kneel down on all fours with your toes pushed under and keep your back neutral. Bring your tummy in towards your spine while you try and contract your abs while you lift both your knees a few inches above the floor.

Bring your right knee towards your nose, while you keep your abs engaged. With this you need to kick your right leg behind you in a straight manner. Repeat this with the other leg.
