The elbows should be directly under the shoulders. Push up back again into the initial position. Change the arm and repeat the exercise. If the exercise is turning difficult for you then you can lower your knees to the floor.
Lie down on your back and place your arms at the side. Then bend your knees and ultimately position your feet in a flat position on the ground.
Maintain your back straight while raising your hips up to a straight line from the shoulders to the knees. Gradually lower down your body and then repeat the process.
