1. Homemade Deodorant Recipe With Coconut Oil

Ingredients:

½ cup baking Soda
½ cup organic coconut
40 to 50 drops of essential oil of your choice

Direction:

In a bowl mix coconut oil, baking soda and essential oil. Store the deodorant in a glass jar or container. If the climate is warmer you can keep the deodorant in refrigerator.

Recommendation: lavender, sage and lemon are considered nice scent for women and rosemary, bergamot and cypress are mostly like by men.

2. Homemade Deodorant With Lavender Essential Oil

Ingredients:

3tbsp. of baking soda
¼ cup Shea butter
2tbsp. coconut oil
2tbsp. Arrowroot starch
3 tbsp. beeswax
20-30 drops of lavender essential oil
10 drops of tea tree essential oil

Direction:

For melting coconut oil and shea butter use a double boiler. Use medium heat. Once the coconut oil and shea butter melts add beeswax and stir well to turn all the ingredients into liquid form. Remove from the heat and add arrowroot powder and baking soda to the liquid and stir continuously to mix them well. When there is no lumps left add essential oil. Store the deodorant in a container or glass jar and allow it to solidify. Use when required.

3. DIY Aloe Vera Deodorant Spray

This DIY homemade deodorant recipe contains Aloe Vera and Witch Hazel. Aloe Vera has amazing skin-healing qualities and also high in antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Witch Hazel works as a natural astringent. Add your favorite essential oil to customize the deodorant.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. cup Aloe Vera juice
½ cup witch hazel
¼ tsp. baking soda
15 drops of essential oil of your choice ( sage, lavender, rosemary)

Direction:

In a bowl mix Aloe Vera juice and witch hazel. Now add baking soda and stir well. Add essential oil and again stir well. Store the deodorant in a spray bottle and shake well before use.

4. Homemade Powder Deodorant For Sensitive Skin (Without Coconut Oil)

Coconut oil has immense benefit for our skin. But if you don’t like the smell of coconut oil and also your skin is very sensitive, here is a powder deodorant recipe for you without coconut oil.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. baking Soda
3 tbsp. arrowroot powder

Direction:

Mix baking soda and arrowroot powder and store it in clean, dry container with a tight lid. This simple recipe won’t irritate your sensitive skin and help you get rid of body odor.

5. Gentle, All Natural Deodorant Stick Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Arrowroot powder
1tbsp beeswax pellet
8-10 drops of essential oil of your choice

Direction:

Put beeswax in a pan and allow melting in low heat. Add arrowroot powder and stir well continuously to get a smooth consistency. Add essential oil and allow it cool and solidify. A very gentle mild scented deodorant is ready for your sensitive skin.
