Garlic

A simple yet very potent remedy for fungus and bacterial infections on the skin is to use garlic every day and destroy the fungal and bacterial growth, thereby preventing the spread of the diseases and also arresting further growth. Garlic has many antifungal and antibacterial properties and also treats many common illnesses of the body and skin. Take 4-5 cloves of garlic every day.
