Eyes are the reflection of your soul, but they can express your moods and thoughts. They are best known to indicate your stress levels and age. Eye Ball Movement

Keep your eyes open and wide. Open and close eyelids many times. Now, gently shift your eyelids to the extreme right and then to the extreme left. Then slowly move your gaze up and then down below.

Eye Ball Movement

Then focus diagonally along the four corners and then bring the eyes to center focus and relax. This entire process is considered as one full cycle. Please note that while performing this procedure, you need to move only your eyeballs and not your head. Do this at least five times.

Clock Exercise

This is called as clock exercise because you need to first envision a clock on the wall straight ahead of you. Slowly start focusing on the 12 o’clock on the clock and gently shift from twelve to one, one to two, two to three and so on just by moving your eyeballs till you reach twelve again.

Once you finish this, rest for sometime by closing your eyes for ten seconds. After that open your eyes again, blink a couple of times and start this exercise all over again, but in the reverse direction.

Focus And block

Open your eyes and slowly get your palms to eyes distance with the fingers upwards. Take a deep breath by inhaling and moving your palm away.

Focus On Object

Focus on something at a distance. Now exhale and bring back your palms again to eye distance. Keep repeating this procedure at least five times.

Eye Blink

Puffy eyes are caused due to retention of fluids. When you sleep, you do not blink your eyes and hence the fluid is accumulated. Therefore, you end up with puffy eyes when you wake up.

As soon as you wake up if you blink your eyes several times for about thirty seconds it will prove to be beneficial in treating Puffy eyes caused due to a good night’s sleep.


Once you perform all yoga techniques, it is good to finish the session with a technique called palming. Rub both your palms together until heat is created in the inner surface. Close your eyes and gently place the heated palm on the eyelids.


Do not press the eyelids, just gently place the palms and allow the eyes to take in the heat. While doing this, make sure the breathing is regular and normal. Now slowly remove the palms and open your eyes gently. You will feel very relaxed and rejuvenated.
