Alum is an age old remedy widely used for its quick healing properties. It is commonly used for treating and healing wounds. Grind some alum to a fine powder and sprinkle it on the wound. It will stop the bleeding instantly. Turmeric is the most natural remedy for wounds. Its potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial properties address all three phases of wound healing.

Boil a handful of neem leaves in half a litre of water for ten minutes. Dip a cotton ball in this water and wash the wound with it. Then cover the wound with a paste made out of some turmeric and chuna.
