Fenugreek Or Methi Seeds

Methi seeds have been used since time unknown for its powerful nourishing properties and for relieving pain and inflammation. Grind some methi seeds and store it in an airtight jar. Soak one teaspoon of the powdered methi into some milk overnight.

Wrap the whole with a woolen cloth to trap the heat inside. The healing powers of castor oil will stimulate the connective tissue and help it to repair itself. Use this remedy twice daily.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon has great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which reduce the swelling in the joint to a large extent and make movement possible. Take one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and mix it into one tablespoon of honey.

Consume this mixture every morning on an empty stomach. Continue this remedy for a month and you will find that the pain has decreased and the mobility of your joint has increased considerably.

Ginger

Ginger helps to relieve all sorts of aches and pains very quickly. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties strengthen the joint and reduce the inflammation thus easing the pain.

Boil a cup of water and add one teaspoon of grated ginger to it. After ten minutes strain the tea and drink it three or four times daily.
