Take half teaspoon white pepper and add it to one tablespoon of raw honey. Microwave this mixture on high for 10-15 seconds. Eat the pepper-honey mixture while it is still hot.
You will feel an instant difference in the condition of your throat. This concoction should be had at least thrice a day for a week to get rid of phlegm completely. At the end of the week you will find your cough and cold also cured.
Ginger and Honey
Take 100 grams of raw ginger and remove the outer skin. Mash the ginger using mortar and pestle. Do not add any water while crushing the ginger. Take two tablespoons of raw honey and heat the honey for 15 seconds in a microwave.
Add a teaspoon of crushed ginger to the heated honey. Take two tablespoons of this ginger-honey concoction immediately. This treatment must be done at least two times during the day for a period of three days.
Onion and Lemon
Take a peeled onion and put it in a juicer. Add juice of one lemon to the onion juice. Pour this juice mixture into one cup of boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow cooling down.
Add a teaspoon of honey to the mixture and drink one cup of the onion-lemon juice. You can take this juice three times during the day for 2-3 days or until you are completely rid of phlegm.

Lemon and Pepper
Take a ripe and yellow lemon and cut it in two halves. De-seed the halved lemon.Sprinkle some salt and black pepper over one half of the lemon. Suck on this spiced lemon half to dry up the phlegm and mucus coating your chest and throat.
Grape Juice and Honey
Add two tablespoons of honey to two tablespoons of fresh grape juice and have this concoction.This treatment should be done three times a day for 5-7 days to get rid of the mucus completely.
Chickpea Powder
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a wok. Add two tablespoons of chickpea powder to the heated wok. Wait for the color of the chickpea powder to turn slightly brown. Now add powdered almonds and one teaspoon honey along with 30 ounces of water.
The mixture will become slightly thick. Remove from heat and immediately have this entire mixture while it is still hot. This treatment can be taken twice a day and should be continued for at least 3-5 days.
