Sandalwood powder removes blemishes and acne spots from the skin. It is a natural cleanser. Mix one tea spoon sandalwood powder with equal amount of rose water to make a paste. Apply it on the affected areas and leave it on till dry. Wash with normal water.
Neem is anti fungal and anti bacterial. It is especially beneficial for treating acute skin allergies. Mix ¼ tea spoon of neem fruit (nimboli) powder with sandalwood powder and unboiled milk. You can buy Aloe Vera gel from the market or extract the gel directly from the plant. Apply the gel on affected areas and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wipe it off gently with a moist cotton swab.
