Care should be taken to apply the oil in circular motions and avoid wrapping of the area. Alternatively, you can add fifty grams of this herb to one liter of water and boil. Allow the boiled water to cool down and mix it with the bathing water. Or you can also add few drops of rosemary oil directly in your bathing water.
