Mix thoroughly and then apply it all over the affected area. Let it dry. This will take about 30- 45 minutes. Wash off with tepid water.
Oatmeal helps to remove the dead skin cells, unclogs the clogged pores and thus helps in eliminating the break outs. In a bowl, put 1 tablespoon of oatmeal. Add enough rose water to make a paste. Spread this paste on your face and rub in a bit.

Lemon juice is an excellent astringent and it also cleans the skin very well. It reduces acne and also lightens the visible scars. Mix equal proportions of freshly squeezed lemon juice and pure rose water.
Mix well and apply this on the affected area with the help of a cotton ball. Let it dry on the skin. Wash off using warm water. Follow this regularly for 15-20 days and you will surely notice the difference.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Dilute the vinegar using some water. Dab this on the acne prone region with a cotton ball. This will help reduce the inflammation and eliminate the acne.
Always use the diluted form of the vinegar, never put the vinegar directly on the face. If you have sensitive skin, avoid this remedy.
Aloe vera is an excellent treatment for acne. It helps to clear the acne and also prevents scars. Extract the gel from a fresh Aloe Vera stem. Apply the gel directly on the acne affected region. Let it dry and then wash off. You may also drink a cup of aloe juice every day.
What Foods to Avoid
Some food aggravates the acne problem. You should avoid sugar laden foods, oily foods and alcohol. You should also skip intake of too much of caffeinated drinks
