Take one cup of powdered pomegranate peel. Add a pot of water to it and boil the mixture. Allow it to cool. One glass of this mixture can be taken two times every day in the morning and evening.
If you have internal piles that bleed every time you pass stools, you could be having a tough time. Try this goat milk remedy for prefect relief from piles. Take ten grams of mustard and grind it to powder form. Add ten tablespoons of goat’s milk to this and drink before breakfast. Black Mustard And Yoghurt

Yoghurt And Tamarind Flowers
For taking care of bleeding a well as external piles, take one glass of yoghurt and mix it with 1 ½ tablespoons of tamarind flower extract. To this mixture, you can add one teaspoon each of ginger, coriander and pomegranate. This medicinal yoghurt can be consumed along with your lunch to prevent piles from aggravating and create problems.
Onion can reduce nerve irritations and hence can be used for treating piles. Take one slice of onion and mix it with three tablespoons of sugar. Eat this two times a day to control nerve aggravation and prevent bleeding and discomfort.
Honey And Radish
Honey is a healing agent and can be used directly on the area for healing the bleeding piles. Take one tablespoon of honey and mix it with radish juice. Apply it on the area of the piles for fast healing and relief from piles.
Take Warm Baths
For people suffering from severe bleeding piles, a warm bath can offer the right comfort and soothing relaxation to the nerves, preventing it from getting inflamed while passing stools. Wheatgrass can be used for detoxification process. It can be given as an enema for cleaning the walls of the rectum. First an enema with margosa water has to be given. This will be followed by wheat grass water of 120 ml and will be retained for 15 minutes.
