A study reveals that ginger is actually a better option than the over-the-counter drugs. Prepare ginger tea, by cutting 2-3 fresh slices of  ginger. Put them in boiling water. Let it steep for 5-10mins. Later strain it and sip the tea. You may also add 2-3tsp of honey to add taste to it.
