Make Proper Arrangements

You should always wear loose clothes light in colour and mostly cotton clothes. You should wear hats and use umbrellas. You should always apply sunscreens or other sun blocks before going out in the sun and use sunglass.

You should try to avoid going out in the sun if it’s too hot and never over exercise like walking, running, cycling, yoga or aerobics. You should always balance your activity time and resting time and thus have some water in between the exercise (after every 10-20 minutes). You should always try to stay in shades when exercising. After exercise, have necessary amount of water and always take a shower.
