Natural Remedies For Eye Infections
Tea bags
Tea bags soaked in the cold or warm water is very effective for the eye infections.
You can place the soaked tea bags on your closed lids. This will provide you relax and also help in reducing the irritation.
Guava Leaves
Warm the guava leaves and keep it on the damp warm cloth. This can be used as a compress which helps in reducing the swelling and redness.
Acacia Leaves
Boil some of the acacia leaves in cup of water for about five minutes.
This solution can be used as a compress on the closed eye lids. This will provide relax in the pain. Repeat this procedure for about three to four times in day.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has great healing properties. The aloe-Vera juice can be taken on a cloth and keep it on the closed eyes. This will soothe your eyes and provides relaxation.
Cucumber
Take two slices of cucumber and keep it on both of your eyes for about 15 minutes.
You will feel calm and the eyes got relaxed. It will provide you cool sensation which will help in reducing the irritation.
Rose water

Three spoons of honey in two cups of warm water is a very effective eye wash solution. You can use this solution twice in a day. This will reduce the redness and provides relief.
Hot Compress
You can make a hot compress with the chamomile, jasmine and rose oil. This will help in reducing irritation and itching.
Cold Bread
Put the cold bread on your eyes. This will help in reducing the inflammation and itching. Be careful that the bread doesn’t get in your eyes.
Avoid Chlorinated Water
During eye infections, avoid swimming in chlorinated water. You can use the swimming goggles and after swimming rinse your eyes thoroughly with cold water.
Polarized glasses

Strawberry leaves

Jasmine flowers
