Seated Forward Bend Pose

To do this exercise you need to sit comfortably on the floor. Stretch out your legs and straighten them. Place your hands on the floor at your sides. Now bend forward from the hips. Lengthen the tailbone and spread your hands forward in direction of the toes. Come to the relaxing position.

Lotus Pose

To do this pose you need to sit on the floor and keep your legs erect in front of your body. Bend the right knee and raise it with the help of the right hand. Place the right knee on the left thigh. Now bend the left knee and place it on the right thigh. Place your hands above the knees with the palms facing up. Now slowly close your eyes. Stay in this pose for a couple of minutes. Become aware of the surroundings and open your eyes.

Standing Forward Bend Pose

This pose is done by standing erect on the floor. As you exhale try to bend in downward direction from the hips till both the hands touch the toes. If possible try to hold your toes with your hands. Be in this position for a minute and come up again.

Supported Shoulder Stand

To do this yoga pose you need to lie down on the back. Slowly try to lift your legs up in the sky. Your hands should rest on the back to support this position. Your legs should be perpendicular to the ground. Keep inhaling and exhaling air. Stay in this position for a minute. Slowly return to the starting position by lowering your knees so that toes touch the ground. Now bring your hands beside your body.

Plow Pose

To do this pose, lie comfortably on the floor. Slowly raise both the legs upward till they make 90 degree with the floor. Now bring both the legs down from above the head till they touch the floor. Keep the palm on the back to support this position.

Tree Stand Pose

Stand erect. Now stretch both the hands upward and bring them down. Bend you left leg at the knee. Now place this leg on the inner region of the right thigh. You need to look straight. Now join the palms together and place them in front of your chest just like a prayer position. Close your eyes. Be in this position for some time and return back to the standing position.

The best part of these yoga poses is that it does not need any equipment. These are time tested and proven techniques which are surely going to give you amazing results when done regularly.
