5 Natural Cures For Fractures

Do not use canned pineapple and stick to using only fresh ones.  Pineapple contains bromelain which reduces the swelling and inflammation and thus helps in the healing of the fracture.

This medicinal plant which is very useful in the case of fractures and broken bones. Take some comfrey, make a paste of it. Add it to water and boil it for some time. Take a cotton cloth and spread the comfrey paste over it.
