A jar is needed to store the ointment.

Cook the lard with the marigold. Keep stirring the lard when you are cooking it. Switch off the flame. Put a lid on the container. Leave aside to rest for one full day. It will look like an ointment when it becomes cold. Rub the ointment on legs and feet over the affected areas. It will reduce problems caused by varicose veins.
