Boil 3 tea bags in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Dilute this tea with 3 cups of warm water. Ensure that the water has cooled down sufficiently for a warm foot bath. Keep your feet immersed in this for 30 minutes. The tannic acid in black tea closes your skin pores to prevent excessive sweating. It also kills odor causing bacteria.
