Tips To Cure Athlete’s Foot Naturally
White Vinegar
White vinegar is very effective and cheap in curing athlete’s foot. It is a natural remedy that has no chemicals and no side effects. The acetic acid present in white vinegar destroys the fungus and stops the peeling of the skin. Place equal parts of vinegar and warm water in a tub and soak your feet for twenty minutes. Dry your feet well and make sure they are completely dry after the soak. Repeat this twice daily.
Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil has antifungal properties. It eradicates the infection and heals the skin. Apply a thin layer of oil in between the toes and on the soles of the feet. Infuse the oil into the skin by gently massaging it. Wear a pair of clean socks afterwards. Do this three times daily. Continue using this oil for another two weeks after the infection has gone.
Banana Peel
Banana peel contains a pigment that kills fungus, reduces itching and stops the oozing from the blisters. Rub the inside of a fresh banana peel on the infected soles and toes for seven to eight minutes. Repeat three or four times a day. Positive results will be visible within a few days.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is a magical plant that cures innumerable diseases and ailments. Its antifungal and antibacterial properties make it most suitable and successful in curing athlete’s foot
Take a leaf of aloe vera and remove the skin to get the gel. Rub the juicy gel all over your feet until the juice is completely absorbed by the skin. Keep for half hour then wash off with warm water. Dry your feet thoroughly. Apply two times a day until the infection is completely gone. The itching and peeling will stop leaving your feet cool and moisturized.
Azadirachta indica Water
Azadirachta indica the wonder healer is full of antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties. It kills and destroys all the microbes and prevents infection from setting in again. Boil a bunch of Azadirachta indica leaves in water for ten minutes. Pour the water in a bucket and soak your feet in it for ten minutes. Soak your feet daily till completely cured.
