Increased blood pressure leads to Alzheimer’s disease. So by controlling the blood pressure, you can prevent the disease. You can reduce high blood pressure by the following ways: Firstly if you are overweight, reduce your weight by exercising. Take deep breaths several times for 5 minutes at least in the morning and before going to bed at night as it will help to reduce stress and thus lower the blood pressure.
