Steam Inhalation

When it starts evaporating and releasing sufficient steam, lower you face near the pot’s opening and cover your head and face with a towel in such a way that the pot gets covered too. Stay in this position for 1 minute. Repeat this method 1-2 times in a day for 2-3 days and it will surely help you against spring ailments. You can also add few drops of mint or basil oil into the boiling water for added advantage.
