7 Home Remedies For Bee Stings

When bees and wasps sting they inject a venomous poison into the skin of the victim through their stingers and cause severe burning pain. The skin begins to inflame and redden. Normal stings are localized and the pain can go away after a few hours. But sometimes they can spread to the surrounding areas of the bitten skin and the pain may take several weeks to abate.

7 Home Remedies For Bee Stings

The first precautionary step is to remove the stingers immediately after the sting and reduce their venomous activity. You can pluck them either by hand or a pair of tweezers. Some people are allergic to bee venom and in this instance, the longer the stinger is allowed to remain in the skin, the more severe the allergic reaction will be. It can lead to a life threatening allergic reaction called anaphylaxis which gives rise to nausea, difficulty in breathing and vomiting.
