Soak a cotton ball in milk and gently rub your exposed area. After cleaning your skin with milk apply 2-3 table spoonful of honey all over the skin, leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water.
Gram Flour And Lemon For Black Spots
With increasing of age black spots in facial region are very common problem. Exposure of UV rays causes damage in our skin and increase melanin secretion that stimulate pigmentation in our skin and results hyper-pigmentation. To remove this extra pigmentation apply gram flour with cold milk and lemon juice, then add 4 to 5 drops of almond oil, leave it for 20 to 30 minutes then wash off. Gram flour help to remove dead skin, milk has skin whitening properties. Lemon juice act as bleach which help to remove pigmentation and almond oil give nourishment to the skin. Alternatively instead of gram flour you can even add sandal wood powder, as it has skin lightening property.
Citrus Fruits For Luster
Vitamin C is very good for healthy skin. Vitamin C helps us to improve our skin luster. Different citrus fruits are rich source of vitamin C and among them orange is one of the fruit which is easily available and affordable. Every day add an orange in your diet chart and do not throw its peel. Grind the peel and make a smooth paste with honey and coconut oil and apply to the skin, leave it for half an hour and wash it with lukewarm water and enjoy the glowing skin. Other than citrus fruit, cucumbers are also good source of vitamin C. Add this fruit in your salad and apply the rest fresh cut slice to skin which also help to remove the dullness.
Curry Leaves And Coconut For Grey Hair
Sometimes, unnecessary stress rapids our aging and the outcome is premature hair graying.
