The infected person can have a bath in warm water mixed with a few drops of the tea tree oil which is also found to be useful in the treatment.

Applying a layer of freshly prepared paste of margosa leaves can also be regarded as an important home cure in the case of scabies. Vitamin E oil is also proved to be beneficial in the treatment for the problems of scabies.
