1) Rice And Apple Cider Vinegar Scrub

Things Needed:

½ Cup ground rice
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
¼ Cup raw milk

Take a portion of ground rice and add a quarter cup of raw milk to it. Just ensure that the paste does not become too soggy. Now add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the mix and stir well to form a fine paste. Massage it across all over your body and face. Try avoiding putting them under the eyes. Fifteen minutes later, give yourself a wash with lukewarm water. Rice scrubs may feel coarse due to its harsh nature. Hence grind them to a fine powder before using them.

2) Rice And Tomato Scrub

Things Needed:

½ Cup ground rice
1 Tomato
Honey

Tomatoes are accumulated with antioxidants and they are a great medium for hydrating your skin. Nothing can actually compare the freshness of a tomato on your skin and the coolness it exhibits. Mash a tomato to pulp and mix it with half a cup of ground rice. Add few generous drops of raw honey and stir the contents well. In case you do not prefer the skin of the tomatoes, then grind them to get a thick paste. You can alternatively use an organic tomato puree without any substitutes. Things Needed:

½ Cup Ground Rice
¼ Cup Yogurt/Curd
2 Teaspoon Aloe Vera Juice

This is one of the easiest scrubs to make and can be used especially on skins that are sensitive. Take half a cup of pounded rice and mix a small portion of yogurt or curd to it. Make it as a thick paste and add two teaspoons of Aloe Vera gel or juice to it. Blend well and apply the scrub on your face and your hands. Since yogurt is involved, you can use it as an overnight scrub too. Rinse off well with cold water or lukewarm water and apply a mild moisturizer. 4) Rice And Baking Soda Scrub

Things Needed:

½ Cup Ground Rice
¼ Cup Baking Soda
3 Tablespoons Honey

One of the softest exfoliate agent – the baking soda can be generously used along with ground rice for getting rid of your clogged skin. To half a cup of ground rice, add quarter cup of baking soda. Mix well and add a generous portion of raw honey to it and make a thick paste. In case the texture appears very sticky, add a few drops of olive oil. Mix well and massage on your face and skin. After giving your body due rest, give it a wash and rinse well to feel the difference.

5) Rice And Raw Sugar Scrub

Things Needed:

½ Cup Ground Rice
¼ Cup Raw sugar
3 – 4 Tablespoons Yogurt
Olive Oil

If you have an extremely dry skin, this is one of the effective scrubs o get rid of the dead tissue cells. Raw sugar is coarse and when combined with ground rice, can go really deep into your pores and controls the spread of infections and dirt. In case you feel using raw sugar may be too much, grind them to a powder leaving behind a little coarseness in them. Mix the two ingredients and stir well by adding 3 to 4 tablespoon of yogurt. Put in a few drops of olive oil too and stir well before you apply it to your skin. Massage deeply and relax for some 30 minutes. Rinse well with cold water or lukewarm water and apply a skin moisturizer if you see it necessary. Your new radiant skin is ready to be flaunted now.
