Take some garlic oil and massage the affected area with this, several times a day. It would help in increasing the blood circulation and relieving the discomfort caused.

Cayenne powder is a very useful ingredient in increasing the blood circulation, therefore it is considered a good remedy for chilblains. Simply mix some cayenne pepper with a little water to form a paste. Apply this paste on the affected area 3-4 times a day.
