Split ends are the cause of over-washing, lack of moisture, not cutting your hair regularly and over styling. There can be other reasons for the same too like poor diet, not drinking enough water etc. But using these natural remedies you can sort out the problem of split ends, without cutting your hair.

Here Are 7 Natural Cures For Split Ends:

Eggs

These are rich in Keratin, which are the building proteins for hair. Use an egg pack at least twice a week and make sure that your apply it well on the roots.

Curd

Curd is another protein rich element that helps to repair hair damage. It seals the ends of the hair and helps you to get softer and nourished hair. Again, keep in mind to apply the same well on both scalp and roots for best results.

Castor Oil

This oil helps by working on the split ends and helps them to fall of naturally. This oil is not only rich to nourish the hair, but also helps to get promote growth of new hair. Since its thick and greasy, it is best to apply pure castor only around roots and scalp, instead of the entire hair.

Banana

Mash up a whole banana, which should be very ripe. Then apply well on the entire hair and massage. Leave the pack on for at least one hour for best results. Then wash off using a mild shampoo to see split ends gone and softened.

Coconut Oil

Massaging the hair regularly with coconut oil is one of the best natural cures to get rid of split ends. Warm up the oil and then massage well. Comb the hair post the application as it helps the split ends to fall of naturally. This therapy also prevents split ends.

Olive Oil

Like coconut oil, olive oil too is rich in different nourishing agents. It helps in improving hair texture and prevents the occurrence of split ends. Existing split ends are also repaired with the goodness of this oil. Massage well and leave on for at least 1 hour.

Papaya and Avocado

Use a ripe mash of papaya and avocado to nourish the hair shaft and treat split ends. The fruits are rich in vitamins and enzymes that provide lustre and reduce risks of hair damage too.
