1. Cucumber Eye Mask

Cucumbers are high ascorbic and caffeic acid and lemon and cucumber both are rich in vitamin C which effectively lightens dark circle under eye. Try this eye mask to get rid of annoying beauty concern.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. cucumber juice
1tbsp. Lemon juice

Direction:

Mix cucumber juice and lemon juice in a bowl and apply under eye area closing your eyes with the help of a cotton ball. Leave the solution on the skin for 10-15 minutes to work and wash off with cold water. Repeat the process every day for a week 2-3 times a day to lighten dark circles completely.

2. Potato Eye Mask

Potatoes have astringent properties which are great for reducing water retention around the eye area and reduce dark circles and eye bags. Potatoes work as natural bleaching agent to lighten dark circles when applied regularly. Vitamin c, starch and enzymes work together to reduce swelling of the vessels under the eyes, nourish the skin, make it smooth and firm and diminish dark circle. For treating dark circles, potato juice can be used alone or in combination with cucumber juice.

Ingredients:

A small potato
A small cucumber

Direction:

Peel and grate both potato and cucumber. Put them in cheese cloth to strain the juice. Keep the juice in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Apply the cooled juice of cucumber and potato on the eye area covering dark circles using cotton balls. You can also soak cotton pad in the mixture and cover the under eye area for 15-20 minutes. Remove the pads and wash off with cool water. Repeat the process daily until the dark circles have lightened completely.

3. Rose Water And Milk

Rose water and milk both have cooling properties. The anti-inflammatory properties in rose water effectively reduce swelling and redness and restores skin pH balance. 1tbsp. cold milk

4. Almond Oil And Honey Eye Mask

1tsp. Honey
1tsp. Almond oil

1 Medium sized green apple.

Boil 2-3 cups of water. Now add green apple to this boiling water and allow it to cook for further 10-15 minutes until the outer skin of the apple looks cooked and soft.
