1. Papaya, Honey And Milk Mask

Papaya is a magical product for your skin. Rich in papain, an enzyme that has great exfoliating properties, papaya soothes dry skin, removes dead cells and brightens the skin tone. When used with milk, it offers excellent hydration and therefore, keeps your skin hydrated for longer. To make a mask, blend a few pieces of papaya to get a fine pulp. Mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoon of milk to prepare a moisturizing face pack. Apply it evenly on your face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes before washing off.

2. Banana And Milk Mask

Bananas are packed with essential nutrients and act as excellent moisturizers for your skin. If you have dry and dull skin, try the banana and milk mask for best results. The fruit is rich in Vitamin A, which prevents the skin from drying and its antioxidants stop the damage caused by free radicals. If you want to make this mask, mash one ripe banana and 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk to form a smooth paste. Add a teaspoon of honey to the pack for better results. Apply it all over your face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off with cold water.

3. Grapes, Apple And Milk Mask

There’s a common saying, ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’. It is indeed a great thought because apples work wonders for your skin and body. While the Vitamin C in apple helps to build collagen, the protein responsible for maintaining skin elasticity, it is also a storehouse of essential minerals. Grapes too are beneficial for the skin. It helps in skin toning and moisturizing. You can make a wonderful pack with these two fruits. Simply blend together a few pieces of apples and grapes to make a smooth pulp. Mix it with milk or cream to adjust its consistency. Use on your face and leave it for 30 minutes before washing off.

4. Mango And Milk Mask

Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of fuller’s earth and adjust its consistency. Mix thoroughly and apply on your face and neck. Let it dry. Wash off and pat dry.

5. Avocado, Kiwi And Milk Mask

Avocados are packed with antioxidants that prevent skin damage and it keeps your skin soft and hydrated. The fatty acids in avocado repairs damaged cells and nourishes irritated skin. Kiwis too help in skin cell regeneration and contain Vitamins C and E. When combined, both these ingredients help to keep your skin moisturized. To make a pack, mix together the pulp of 1 avocado and 1 kiwi with 2 tablespoon milk. Use it on dull, damaged skin more excellent moisturization.
