Lie down on the ground. Do not put a pillow or anything else underneath the head. Make sure you lie down facing a wall. Put your hand on your waist and slowly lift the legs against the walls. Put the entire weight on your fist and elbows. Lift your legs as high as you can and stay in that position for 5 seconds. All this while let the entire pressure fall on the hands. Slowly return to your original position.
Janushirasana (Head On Knees)

Sit with your legs stretched in front. Bring the heel of the left leg and touch it to your “YONI REGION” (Yoni region is the region between the penis or the vulva and the thighs). Hold the position for 2-4 seconds and then breathe in while you return to the original position.
