Lemon and honey are one of the simplest and easily available home remedies to fight a bad hangover. Both lemon and honey neutralise the harmful effects of alcohol, due to the intrinsic alkaline nature of lemon and presence of fructose in honey. Lemon and honey also helps in the digestion of alcohol thereby reducing the hangover’s symptoms manifold.  Keep sipping water with a couple of dashes of lemon and a small amount of honey.     When I wake up with a hangover a headache usually follows so I keep Be Kool Soft Gel packs in the house just incase. So awesome not having to hold them in place. I found mine at Walmart. Any drug store should have them in the kids medicine section. :-)
