Guava is the most common and cheap fruit. It has antiseptic and healing qualities. The skin of this fruit contains more vitamin C than an orange. Roast a ripe guava on the fire. Eat it with the skin sprinkled with some salt and lemon juice. Wash and chew some guava leaves slowly. Let the juice penetrate the gums. The swelling will subside and bring instant relief.
