5 Home Remedies For Fatigue

 Remedies For Fatigue

Fatigue is extreme tiredness and a feeling of enervation. It causes exhaustion, lethargy and lassitude. The disinclination to even lift a finger becomes predominant and you tend to sink into a state of apathy and languidness.

There are two types of fatigue: one is physical fatigue which is caused by severe physical exertion wherein the muscles become tired and feel weak and are unable to maintain the physical activity. The second is mental fatigue which is caused by stress, fear, anxiety and tensions wherein the brain and the nerves feel exhausted and are unable to keep up cognitive activity for prolonged periods.

Fatigue depends upon the overall health, nutrition and physical fitness. Fatigue occurs when the central nervous system releases high levels of serotonin which is a neurotransmitter. A spillover of this substance interferes with nerve impulses and muscle contraction. If fatigue is not caused by some underlying diseases then it can be easily remedied at home.
