You need to take care of your skin internally as well as externally. Internal care means eating skin friendly food. You should eat salads prepared with cucumber, sprouts, tomato, radish, corns, paneer and beans.

Prepare a homemade face wash with 1 tea spoon fuller’s earth, 1 tea spoon sandal wood powder and ½ tea spoon gram flour. Add ½ tea spoon lemon juice, ½ tea spoon rose water and a pinch of turmeric, add enough milk to make a smooth paste.Wash your face with it twice a day for a clear and glowing skin. You can store the face pack in fridge for 4-5 days.Apply cucumber juice with the help of a cotton ball to tone the skin.
Face Pack For Oily Skin
Make a face pack with 1 tea spoon honey, a pinch of turmeric and ½ tea spoon lemon juice. Apply it on your face and neck and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash off with normal water. Splash your face with chilled water before applying makeup. It will tighten the pores and prevent the oil from secretion.Steaming also helps to reduce oil on your skin. Add 2-3 mint leaves, a pinch of camphor and a pinch of boric acid to the water. Steam your face for 2-3 minutes. Pat dry your face and after a few minutes wash with normal water.
