Five minutes before you eat your meals take a spoon of powdered ginger with or without water. You can also consume ginger after your meals in the form of ginger tea by adding sliced ginger to boiling water.

Baking Soda

This is a very effective remedy to cure belching. Take a glass of drinking water and add two tablespoons of baking soda to it. Mix it well and drink this water after your meals.  Drink at least one glass a day and it will help cure the belching problem.

Lime Juice

Sometime the food that we eat is the main cause for belching. Lime has properties that can help avoid this. After you have had your meals, take a glass of water.

Take a big juicy lime and cut it into two pieces. Take one of the sliced pieces of lime and squeeze half the lime in the water. Mix it well and drink it. Continue drinking this juice for two to three weeks.

Another way to use mint is to take the mint essence available in the market and put two drops of it in a glass of cold water. b (twice a day) for two weeks will help cure the belching.

Turmeric

Turmeric is a good healer; the medicinal properties of turmeric will not only cure you of belching but also of bloating stomach. Take a glass of warm water and add to it a little turmeric and half a spoon of rock salt.  Mix this well and drink it as the water is still warm.  Have this mixture twice a day for a couple of weeks.

Garlic being one of the antibiotics that nature has given us, it is effective in many ailments.  Some may say that garlic can aggravate the condition of belching.
