Carom has great cleansing properties. It is also full of valuable nutrition that provides strength to the digestive tract. Its antioxidant properties remove the harmful toxins from the entire body and enhance immunity. Take three teaspoons of carom and roast it on a hot griddle until the seeds sputter.
Grind the roasted carom to a powder and mix half a teaspoon of black salt with it. Add a good pinch of hing to the mixture. Swallow this mixture with some warm water first thing in the morning. All the hard and accumulated feces will be expelled, leaving the colon absolutely clean.
Triphala is an age old remedy in ayurvedic medicine. It is very high in nutrition and has the strongest cleansing and detoxifying properties. It cleanses the colon thoroughly without depleting the body’s reserves.
Before going to bed, mix two teaspoons of triphala powder into a glass of water and drink it. In the morning you will have a complete and satisfactory bowel movement.

Take a glass of hot water and squeeze the juice of one lemon into it. Stir in a quarter teaspoon of sea salt and one teaspoon of honey and drink this mixture first thing in the morning.
Cayenne pepper has powerful detoxifying and cleansing abilities. It breaks up and dissolves the mucous which gets collected in the colon and which interferes with the function of eliminating the feces.
